New yacht club is planned to be built in the Tuapse District

The Municipal Formation invites entrepreneurs to invest in the project on the construction of a yacht club with a quay.

As it is planned, a yacht club and a quay will be constructed in the village of Nebug of the Krasnodar Region; namely, a yacht club, a diving center, a center for water sports, a fishermen’s club, restaurants, a hotel and apartments will be directly constructed here. The club will be designed for 200 yachts of different displacement. The total area is 5,000 square meters.

As expected, the services will be in demand among the local population and guests of the district. Among the competitive advantages of the project, there will be an accessible territorial location and good protection from wind waves, which allows managing without costly wave protection facilities.

A business plan was developed for the investment project. The project needs 400 million rubles in the form of direct investments.

The project implementation period is 2 years, and the return on investment period is 6.5 years. The construction of the facility will allow to create 30 new jobs.

A land plot of 52,000 sq. m. was formed to implement the project. The site is located in the settlement of Nebug . The distance to the federal highway A-147 "Dzhubga settlement – Sochi city – border with Republic of Abkhazia" is 0.5 km.

The distance from the municipal center of Tuapse city is 13 km. The distance from the regional center of Krasnodar city is 150 km.

The distance to the nearest railway station of Tuapse is 17 km, to the Krasnodar Airport is 150 km, and to the seaport of Tuapse is 16 km.
