More than 100 agreements for the amount of over 66 billion rubles were concluded during the first day of the Russian investment forum

The Vice-Governor Sergey Altukhov told journalists from the federal and regional mass media about the first outcomes of Sochi forum.

– The business program was intensive. More than 100 agreements for a total amount of over 66 billion rubles were signed during the first day. In particular, the administration of Krasnodar region signed 16 agreements for a total amount of over 40 billion rubles. The investments will be channeled to the various sectors of economy – fuel & energy complex, agriculture, industry, processing production, - told Sergey Altukhov.

According to him, one of the largest investment agreements signed with the administration of the region is the agreement with Afipsky refinery plant. This plant has been a strategic partner of the region for a long time and now plans to invest more than 30 billion rubles for upgrading of the production. Besides, up to 500 new work places will be created until the year 2020.

From among the most significant agreements, Sergey Altukhov pinpointed the agreement with the company "INBIOPROM-SOUTH" that plans to set up the production of biopolymers in Severskaya district. And also the agreement on the construction of a plant for the production of cheeses in the Cossack village Vyselki LLC "Cheeses of Kuban". The amount of investments- around 3 billion rubles. The production capacity of the enterprise will be increased up to 600 tons of milk per day.
